Incheon Airport Luggage Delivery: Drop Bags at the Airport, Pick Up at the Hotel — Rates and Cutoffs Vary by Operator
Private operators at Incheon Airport's arrivals area will deliver checked bags to hotels the same day, but fees, cutoff times and which hotels qualify differ by company, so travelers should confirm directly at the counter or on the operator's website.

At Incheon International Airport's arrivals-level baggage area, private operators run counters that deliver checked bags to hotels the same day. Zimcarry has counters at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, while Tripeasy is said to operate from the N-counter baggage area next to Exit 12 on the third floor of Terminal 2.
Instead of hauling heavy suitcases straight from the airport to a hotel, travelers can drop bags at the airport, head into the city unencumbered, and pick the luggage up at the hotel that evening. Because the service is run by separate private companies rather than the airport itself, fees, deadlines and hotel availability differ, making it worth checking details before relying on it.
Fees vary by company and bag size
Fees differ depending on the operator and the size of the bag. One listing put Tripeasy's rate at 25,000 won for one standard or large suitcase. Hanjin Logistics, by contrast, reportedly charges different weekday and weekend rates by size tier, with the smallest tier listed at 20,000 won on weekdays and 29,000 won on weekends. Some listings cap bag height at 70 centimeters, so travelers with oversized luggage should confirm dimensions beforehand.
Cutoff times determine same-day delivery
Tripeasy says bags accepted before 17:00 can be delivered the same day. Another operator states that bags dropped off at the airport before 14:00 can be picked up at the hotel after 20:00 that same evening. Missing the cutoff can push delivery to the next day, so it helps to match arrival time with the desired delivery window in advance.
Hotel pickup and possible service gaps
Luggage must be collected at the hotel within the time slot the hotel designates, and handover differs depending on whether the hotel is staffed or unmanned. One listing notes that a particular hotel discontinued the service in late 2024, a reminder that a hotel appearing on an operator's list may no longer actually accept deliveries.
A same-day link to Seoul subway stations
The airport's own information page also mentions a same-day delivery service, T-Luggage, running between Seoul subway stations and the airport, which can serve as an alternative for travelers who need subway-station pickup rather than hotel delivery.
Zimcarry counters are at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2; Tripeasy operates from the N-counter baggage area next to Exit 12 on Terminal 2's third floor.
Because rates, cutoff times and the list of eligible hotels can change, travelers should confirm details directly with the operator's official site or at the arrivals-level counter before using the service.
