To provide the lost-item international shipping service, Find to Send collects: name, email address, WhatsApp number, nationality, stay details (hotel name, room number, check-in/check-out dates), lost-item details (including photos), shipping details (recipient, address, postal code), and payment details (payment approval records - card issuer information is handled directly by our payment processor and we do not store it).

• Providing the shipping-agent service, including item verification, quoting, and payment processing
• Providing status updates on your case and responding to inquiries
• Preventing fraudulent use of the Service and fulfilling legal obligations

We destroy personal data without delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled, except where relevant law - such as Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce - requires retention for a set period (e.g. records of contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years; records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years; records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years).

To process international shipments, recipient and item information may be provided to international carriers (such as EMS), which may transfer personal data to the destination country. Any data transferred overseas is limited to what's necessary for shipping.

We do not share personal data with third parties without the user's consent, except where necessary to provide the Service - for example, sharing with our payment processor for payment handling or with carriers for international shipping.
