Please check before you book
- •All amounts are in USD. KRW amounts are reference conversions only.
- •International shipping uses chargeable weight — the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (EMS: L × W × H in cm ÷ 6,000; express couriers: ÷ 5,000).
- •If your shipment exceeds the listed weight or bag tiers, additional charges apply.
- •Final shipping cost may vary depending on package dimensions, carrier availability, batteries/electronics, remote-area surcharges and destination requirements.
- •Fragile items (liquids, glass, etc.) need extra protective packing; without it, our liability for damage may be limited.
- •Items prohibited for air transport (power banks, flammables, perishable food, etc.) can't be shipped. If any are found during inspection, they're removed before shipping, and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- •Your payment covers the service fee and international shipping. Customs duties and VAT at the destination are paid by the recipient — please give us the accurate item name and value for customs.
- •International shipping is charged separately from the Find to Send service fee. Final carrier charges are confirmed in your quote before payment.
