Tap "Report a lost item" on the homepage and enter your hotel, item, and shipping details to get a case number. From there it goes hotel verification, quote, payment, pickup and packing, then international shipping.

If the hotel can't locate it, you won't be charged anything, since this happens before payment. We'll email you the result.

No, you can submit as a guest. Signing in just lets you see all your requests in one place, and if you sign up later with the same email, past guest requests link automatically.

The total (in USD) combines a verification and handling fee, pickup fee, packing fee, and international shipping fee, starting from around $116 depending on destination and weight. The exact amount is quoted after we've confirmed the item. See the pricing page for details.

We support USD payment via PayPal, including cards issued outside Korea. You'll pay after reviewing and accepting your quote.

Customs duties and taxes at the destination are the recipient's responsibility. Duty-free thresholds and restricted items vary by country and we'll flag anything relevant before shipping.

After pickup and packing, it ships via EMS or a similar international carrier. Timing varies by destination and customs. You can track progress on the tracking page.

Loose lithium batteries, flammable liquids, and perishable food are restricted under international air shipping rules. Batteries built into a device are usually fine - just describe the item in detail when you submit and we'll confirm.

Firearms, weapons and ammunition, drugs, cash and negotiable securities, human remains, used medical waste, counterfeit currency or documents, obscene material, and items that infringe intellectual property are all prohibited. See Article 6 of our Terms of Service for the full list.
