I don't have a case number yet — can I still get help?+
Yes. Start a new case and describe where you lost the item (airport, taxi, hotel name if known). We'll investigate and follow up by email.
Can lost passports or ID cards be shipped this way?+
Passports and official ID documents usually need to go through your embassy, not international courier. For everything else — electronics, clothing, bags, accessories — we can help.
How long does international shipping take?+
Once your item is packed and paid for, most destinations receive it within 5–10 business days via EMS, FedEx, or DHL.
What if I already know which hotel has my item?+
Even better — mention the hotel name when you submit your case so we can confirm directly with them and speed things up.
