Lost Phone in Korea

Lost your phone in Korea?

A missing phone is stressful, but most are recovered. Here's what to check first, and how we can help once it's located.

Try tracking it first

If location services were on, apps like Find My iPhone or Find My Device can sometimes show where the phone is now — this can point you toward a specific venue or transit line.

Police lost-and-found (유실물센터)

Korea has a national lost-and-found system that many recovered phones pass through, especially ones found on public transit. We can help check whether your phone has been logged there.

Carrier stores & venues

If the phone was left at a cafe, taxi, or store, staff often hold it at the counter or hand it to police. Tell us where you think you lost it and we'll follow up directly.

Common questions

Can you unlock or track my phone for me?+

No — we don't have access to your phone's tracking apps or accounts. What we do is locate and retrieve a phone that's already been found by a venue, driver, or the police system, then ship it to you.

My phone was found but I'm already back home — can it still be shipped?+

Yes. Once the phone is confirmed and released to us, we pack and ship it internationally with tracking, wherever you are.

What if my phone was reported to the police lost-and-found system?+

We can help you check and, once it's matched to your case, arrange pickup and shipping on your behalf.

Are there any restrictions on shipping phones internationally?+

Phones with lithium batteries usually ship fine via standard couriers, though we'll let you know if your destination country has any specific import requirements.
