International Shipping

How international lost-item shipping works.

Once your item is located in Korea, here's exactly what happens between recovery and delivery to your door, anywhere in the world.

Recovery & inspection

Once we've collected your item from the hotel, venue, or lost-and-found office, we confirm it matches your description before anything is packed or quoted.

Packing & customs paperwork

Items are packed to survive international transit, and we prepare the customs declarations and documentation needed for your destination country.

Shipping & tracking

We ship via established international couriers (such as EMS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination) and send you a tracking number so you can follow the shipment the whole way.

How it works

1

Tell us what you lost and where — takes about 2 minutes

2

We confirm the item is located and send you a quote in USD

3

Pay securely and we ship worldwide with tracking

Common questions

Which countries can you ship to?+

We ship to a wide range of countries worldwide — check the price page for the current list and estimated rates by destination.

Will I have to pay customs duties on the other end?+

That depends on your destination country's import rules and the value/type of item — we provide full documentation, but any duties owed are determined by your local customs authority.

Are there items that can't be shipped internationally?+

A few categories — like lithium batteries above certain limits, liquids, or official travel documents — have restrictions. We'll flag anything that needs special handling once we've confirmed your item.

How is the shipping cost calculated?+

Cost depends on destination and package weight — once your item is located and weighed, we send you an exact quote in USD before anything is charged.
